About Capital Health System
Capital Health System:
Capital Health’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of the populations we serve in urban and suburban communities. Our Magnet-designated health system is comprised of two acute care hospitals, Regional (RMC) and Hopewell Medical Centers, in addition to a vast network of outpatient services. Along with our PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and multiple medical residency programs, we are privileged to offer a PGY-2 Pharmacotherapy Residency based at RMC with service to patients a part of our primary care network.
Regional Medical Center is a 237 licensed beds, community teaching hospital with services, including:
1. Internal medicine and other health profession training programs
2. Bristol-Myers Squibb Trauma Center (Level II)
3. Critical Care (Trauma/Medical, Neurosurgical)
4. Institute for Neurosciences and Stroke & Cerebrovascular Center of New Jersey
5. Behavioral Health, Mobile Outreach, and Psychiatric Screening Center
6. Renal Dialysis Services
