Residency Showcase Program Listings

Background and special featuresThe Walmart Community Residency Program provides the opportunity to develop future pharmacy leaders through experiences in community pharmacy, at Chicago State University College of Pharmacy and through Ambulatory Care experience. This program will focus on the advancement of pharmacy programs and services that measurably improve clinical outcomes and/or patient safety. This may include the implementation and study of the effectiveness of medication therapy management, patient adherence, disease state management, and health and wellness services. The residency also provides the opportunity to gain experience in teaching and earn a teaching certificate.
