Internal Medicine Pharmacy
This residency provides a comprehensive exposure to clinical and administrative components of hospital pharmacy practice in a community teaching hospital. It allows for flexibility in order to fulfill the special needs and interests of each resident while ensuring that a broad-based hospital pharmacy practice experience is acquired.
Rotations/experiences offered include internal medicine, critical care, antimicrobial stewardship, Advanced Internal Medicine, administration, emergency medicine, transitions of care, teaching, and hospital committee involvement.
Elective rotations include informatics, emergency medicine, psychiatry, oncology, population health and other rotations by special arrangement.
We are centrally located in New Jersey surrounded by beautiful scenery, fun outdoor activities, great shopping and dining experiences, and close proximity to New York and Philadelphia.

Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center is a part of the larger Penn Medicine system. It is located in Plainsboro, NJ which is minutes away from the beautiful Princeton University campus and downtown area. It comprises of the main hospital unit and a psychiatric facility, and is also one of the primary teaching sites for Rutgers College of Pharmacy and Robert Wood Johnson University Medical School in addition to other health care programs in nursing, physical therapy, and related fields. We strive to continue to expand and advance our clinical practice to meet the needs of our patients.
