Pharmacy administration at SwedishAmerican oversees pharmacy staff in multiple areas, including: inpatient hospital, outpatient retail, ambulatory clinics, specialty pharmacy, anticoagulation clinic, home infusion, regional cancer center, central fill pharmacy and rural hospital site (Belvidere). Residents will work collaboratively with the SwedishAmerican Pharmacy leadership team in leading process improvement projects, providing patient care in a collaborative practice clinic, chair subcommittees of the P&T committee, and manage human resources and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills. Resident experiences will be tailored to meet individual goals and expectations.
