PGY2 Pharmacy Residency - Infectious Diseases
Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak offers an ASHP-accredited twelve-month Infectious Diseases PGY2 Residency program for one residency candidate. Our program strives to meet the needs of the resident based on previous PGY1 residency experience, interests and individual goals. This program provides a combination of required monthly and concurrent longitudinal learning experiences to provide a robust training program. An individual training plan is created for each resident. All residents complete a research project and present their study results at a regional residency conference in the Spring. The PGY2 Infectious Diseases pharmacy residency program builds on Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) education and PGY1 pharmacy residency programs to contribute to the development of clinica
