Residency Showcase Program Listings

The goal of our ASHP accredited PGY-1 pharmacy practice residency  is to develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills needed to pursue rational drug therapy by providing a broad scope of pharmaceutical services to patients and to build a solid foundation for further development of advanced pharmacy practice skills. Six PGY-1 positions are offered at One Brooklyn Health. Over the course of 12 months, the resident will perform a variety of functions including the following and more: Participation in interdisciplinary rounds Acquiring the skills needed for interpersonal communication and problem solving Development of leadership skills required for organization, planning, coordination, budgeting, and implementation of departmental services
