Describe the staffing requirement of your PGY-1 residency and any previous hospital experience you have other than in your PGY-1 residency. Please include hours worked and frequency of staffing.
Describe the depth and quantity of the presentations, both large and small, you have presented during your PGY-1 residency. Please also include any major presentations you have given outside of your PGY-1 residency experience.
A 15-20 minute (excluding question and answer) presentation on a critical care topic is required. Other types of presentations (e.g., journal club, monograph) are not appropriate. The presentation must be emailed to the residency program director at least 1 week prior to the interview date.
