PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency combined with PGY1 and MHA 2 year program Program Overview The HSPAL program at University of Utah Health develops clinically strong practitioners who choose to specialize in pharmacy administration roles, and become leaders in the profession. The PGY1 program provides a strong practice foundation with emphasis on clinical skill development.
