PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency
MountainView Hospital is a 425-bed community teaching hospital affiliated with the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) network of hospitals, one of three in Las Vegas, NV. MountainView Hospital’s PGY-2 Infectious Diseases (ID) Residency Program develops the clinical pharmacist specializing in infectious diseases by building upon the knowledge acquired from a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of a PGY-1 pharmacy residency program. Upon completion of the program, residents will have the knowledge and skills necessary to lead antimicrobial stewardship programs, pursue faculty positions, and obtain board certification in ID.
