MountainView Regional Medical Center PGY1 Residency
Location: Las Cruces, New Mexico
The Candidate Status PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at MountainView Regional Medical Center is designed to facilitate the development of clinical expertise for our residents in the setting of community hospital systems.
MVRMC is a 168 bed tertiary care facility that provides a wide range of healthcare services for our regional community. With more than 1200 employees and nearly 250 physicians on staff representing over 50 medical specialties, MVRMC provides an excellent environment for collaborative resident training. Pharmacy residents will become a part of our interdisciplinary team to provide patient centered care and will work closely with our nurses, medical residents, physicians, and ancillary staff. Residents will collaborate with our experienced pharmacist preceptors throughout clinical rotations and longitudinal experiences. They will have the opportunity to develop precepting skills while assisting with the clinical training of pharmacy students as well.
We are seeking motivated residents who are dedicated to advancing their clinical and leadership abilities and who are invested in optimizing health care systems.

Applicants must be a graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of New Mexico. Applicants must submit a letter of intent, curriculum vitae, pharmacy school transcript, and three letters of recommendations.
