PGY1 Pharmacy & PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership/Masters
University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center’s PGY1/PGY2 combined Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPA-L) program builds upon Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and provides training for future leaders of our profession. This specialty residency program in administration and leadership is defined as directed postgraduate experiences which facilitates development of various professional skills and competencies in pharmacy leadership.

500 to 1000 word essay on your leadership style and the impact of diversity and inclusion on the profession of pharmacy. The essay must not repeat information found in the letter of intent.
