University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center’s PGY1/PGY2 combined Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPA-L) program builds upon Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) education and provides training for future leaders of our profession. This specialty residency program in administration and leadership is defined as directed postgraduate experiences which facilitates development of various professional skills and competencies in pharmacy leadership.
