Program Information:
This program offers diverse experiences, allowing the resident to gain exposure to various disease states and refine pharmacokinetic skills, while emphasizing an integrated care model. Core rotations include MICU 1&2, SICU, Trauma 1&2, cardiology, infectious disease, and nutrition. Emergency medicine, hematology/oncology, and pediatric ICU rotations are also available. The resident will have the opportunity to precept PGY1 residents and APPE students. Additionally, the resident will provide CE presentations to pharmacy and medical staff, participate in code response, complete an MUE, and a major research project. The program is flexible and tailored to resident experience and goals.
