PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center
Th PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency is a one-year specialty residency in oncology pharmacy. The resident will integrate into the multidisciplinary team in a variety of practice settings including inpatient hematology/oncology, transplantation and cellular therapy (TCT), and ambulatory oncology clinic. Residents will gain a broad experience-based foundation in hematology/oncology along with experiences in practice management, investigational drug services, and ambulatory infusion services. Additionally, residents will have the opportunity to initiate or expand oncology pharmacy services, provide ACPE-accredited and other formal lectures, precept students and PGY1 residents, serve as principal investigator of an original research project, and attend professional conferences.
