This specialty residency program will provide advanced training for pharmacists in the fields of oncology, hematology, and blood and marrow transplantation. The resident will have the opportunity to work as an integral member within a multidisciplinary team to actively provide optimal pharmaceutical care for these complex patient populations. In addition, residents will participate in developing and supporting quality improvement initiatives, contribute to research efforts in the field, precept PGY1 pharmacy residents and pharmacy students, conduct self-assessment for professional development, and commit to continuous self-learning.

Staffing
Clinical staffing every 3rd weekend primarily on BMT, hematology and oncology floors and one weekday evening shift every two weeks, averaged over a four-week period
Resident is expected to provide two or three days of operational staffing on a quarterly basis
Resident will work one major and one minor holiday
