elcome to the PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency Program at Mercy Health – St. Charles Hospital! Our program is currently in American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) pre-candidate status. We are excited to offer this new opportunity and welcome our first resident for the 2023-2024 academic year. Located in Oregon, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo, Mercy Health – St. Charles Hospital (MHSCH) is a 250-bed Level III trauma community teaching center, serving residents of Oregon, East Toledo, Lucas, Wood and Ottawa counties.
