Thank you for your interest in the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program offered by Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo, Ohio. We are pleased you have taken time to learn more about our residency program. Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital started its residency as a shared residency between St. Charles Hospital and St. Vincent Medical Center in July of 2004. In July of 2016 our program transitioned to two separate residency programs, offering opportunities to experience rotations at either location. We have continued to grow, expanding to two residency positions at St. Charles in July 2019. Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital is a Level III trauma facility with our large Behavioral Health Center on site.
