This residency emphasizes ambulatory care, outpatient clinical pharmacy, patient wellness, community practice, transitions of care, interprofessional education, and continuity of care. Pharmacists completing this training program will be competent and confident providers of direct patient care equipped to manage the challenges of current and future pharmacy practice. Residents will gain experience and proficiency in crucial areas such as pharmacy benefit management, collaborative practice, and expansion and marketing of pharmacy services.
