BUMC-T, located in Tucson, is a nonprofit, level I trauma center, 600+ bed, teaching hospital providing all major inpatient and ambulatory care services.  Banner Diamond Children’s Medical Center within BUMC-T, is the primary site of practice. BUMC-T serves as the primary teaching hospital for the adjacent UA Colleges of Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, and Public Health. The PGY-2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program trains selected, highly motivated and qualified pharmacists in pediatric pharmacotherapy through various learning experiences.
