Residency Showcase Program Listings

The PGY1 residency program at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital (NM-DH) provides a unique educational training experience to create competent and professional pharmacists in a community hospital that is part of an expansive integrated academic health system.  The resident will develop skills to improve patient care and further expand the future of the pharmacy profession by obtaining patient care or PGY2 training positions post-graduation.  Required learning experiences include: Pharmacy Practice, General Medicine, Critical Care, Clinical or Operational Administration, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Transitions of Care, and Oncology.  Elective learning experiences include Infectious Disease, Clinical or Operational Administration, Advanced Critical Care, Advanced Antimicrobial Stewardsh
