Residency Showcase Program Listings

The PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) College of Pharmacy is designed to provide the resident with broad-based learning experiences in a pediatric environment. Core rotations include pediatric intensive care, cardiovascular intensive care, neonatal intensive care, general pediatrics, ambulatory care (choice of bone marrow transplant, heart or kidney transplant, or cardiology), antimicrobial stewardship, hematology-oncology, and administration/drug use policy. Elective experiences include emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and pharmacogenomics.
