Premier Health - Miami Valley Hospital PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL
The PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL Program at Miami Valley Hospital is a 24-month post-graduate program dedicated to preparing future pharmacy leaders and administrators by promoting individualized experiences to gain clinical, leadership, operational, and professional skills. The curriculum combines the clinical development of the PGY1 program during the first year with the development of administrative skills to become an organizational leader during the second year of the PGY2 program. A master’s degree in pharmacy leadership is offered in partnership with the University of Cincinnati, James L Winkle College of Pharmacy.
