Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
The Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside PGY1 residency program is designed to develop advanced knowledge and skills for pharmacy clinicians to practice independently and to excel in clinical service, teaching, and research in the adult acute care setting. Required rotations include internal medicine I , infectious diseases, critical care, pharmacy management, and therapeutic drug policy. The resident will build the remainder of their schedule with 24 weeks of electives among the following rotations: cardiology, critical care II, education, emergency medicine, family medicine, infectious diseases II, internal medicine II, nephrology, oncology, parenteral nutrition, perioperative services, quality management, and sterile products.
