Albertsons / Idaho State University PGY1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency (Albertsons Companies)
This Albertsons Pharmacy/Idaho State University Program is based in Boise, Idaho, one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the US with amenities such as outdoor recreation, riverfront paths, parks, restaurants, museums, and music. Idaho is also a leading state for the advancement of pharmacy practice, and pharmacists can now administer and prescribe a growing list of medications. Each resident is assigned a home-base community pharmacy site where approximately 40% of their time is spent. Each site has a dedicated team of experienced preceptors tomentor the resident through the year.
