The PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency program at Monument Health Rapid City Hospital (RCH) is a 12 month program providing advanced training in oncology with focus on adult oncology patients. The PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy resident is involved in all phases of management of oncology and hematology patients from the Monument Health Cancer Care Institute (CCI) outpatient clinic, along with the RCH inpatient oncology service. The resident is an integral member of our multidisciplinary oncology team providing compassionate, evidence-based, progressive and integrated oncology and hematology care, and is accountable for optimal drug therapy outcomes of cancer patients throughout the continuum of care.
