Residency Showcase Program Listings

The NACDS Foundation Executive Fellowship is a year-long professional and educational experience for pharmacy post-graduates to work collaboratively with healthcare and research professionals on innovative projects to improve the health and wellbeing of communities. Through this unique experience, the NACDS Foundation Executive Fellow develops skills in project management and the implementation of innovative healthcare research, gaining an understanding of key issues impacting public health across communities. While assisting the Foundation to launch new programs and manage existing ones, the Executive Fellow contributes to meaningful work that advances community health, fosters health equity, strengthens care access, and advances public health.

About NACDS Foundation: The National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization that improves the health and wellness of people in America through enhanced engagement in groundbreaking research and educational initiatives that benefit patients, improve outcomes, and advance public health. 

Prerequisites: Graduate of an ACPE accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program 

The selected Executive Fellow will complete a 12-month commitment beginning in June at NACDS headquarters. 

APPLICATION MUST INCLUDE:  

A current resume or CV 

A scanned copy of applicant’s pharmacy school transcript 

A cover letter explaining career goals, relevant experiences, and interest in the Fellowship 

One letter of recommendation from a pharmacy dean, faculty member, preceptor, or a recent pharmacy employer. (Note: must be sent directly from the recommender to research@nacds.org)
