The Combined PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) with Masters residency program at Children’s Health aims to provide training and competency for pharmacy leaders in delivering patient-centered care through the medication-use system. This program prepares residents to take on high-level managerial, supervisory, and leadership responsibilities. Areas of focus during the program include safe and effective medication-use systems, quality assurance and improvement, human resources management, financial resources management, use of technology, and advanced leadership.
