Education of health care professionals is an important component of our mission. Endeavor Health NorthShore Hospitals currently offers 10 positions in the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency program, 3 positions in the PGY1 Community Residency program, and 1 position each in the PGY2 Oncology, PGY1/2 Pharmacy Informatics, PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration Residency, and PGY2 Pharmacogenomics Programs. All residents have opportunities to develop and reinforce clinical, practice management, and precepting skills to advance as well-rounded practitioners.

The following are required for all candidates:

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited program prior to start date
• Current Illinois Pharmacy Technician or Student Intern license (if a pharmacist license is not obtained prior to start of residency year)
• Illinois Pharmacist Registration by August 15th of residency year
• PhORCAS application, including curriculum vitae, letter of intent, transcript, and 3 letters of recommendation (at least 1 letter must be from an employer (preferably pharmacy employer))
• On-site interview for selected candidates
