Through our PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program, we offer a full-range of experiences in the following areas tailored to your individual goals!
Core rotations include Medical/Surgical, Trauma, and Cardiovascular Intensive Care, Infectious Diseases, Adult Internal Medicine, Administration, Quality Improvement Project, Cardiology, Medication Safety, Emergency Department, Staffing
Elective rotations available in Healthcare Analytics, Neonatal Intensive Care Hematology & Oncology, Transitions of Care, Inpatient Psychiatry
Additional resident opportunities: Serve as preceptor to pharmacy students on rotation from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy, provide education to pharmacists and providers, attend local and national pharmacy conferences, participate in our wellness curriculum and residency leadership series

Through our PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program, we offer a full-range of experiences in a schedule that is tailored to your interests!
For more than 50 years, North Memorial has served the Twin Cities area with compassionate care and is the largest independent health care system in the Twin Cities. Today, North Memorial Health – Robbinsdale Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center North Memorial, a comprehensive stroke center and a recipient of the Elite Stroke Care Award from the American Heart and American Stroke Association. North Memorial offers a wide array of comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services from birth through adulthood. Pharmacy practice is decentralized, utilizes an electronic health record (EPIC®), and employs automated dispensing cabinets to dispense medication doses.
