Aultman Hospital PGY1 Website

Aultman Hospital is a 600 bed not-for profit teaching hospital offering high-quality health care services with a level II trauma center, a chest pain center with around-the-clock cath-lab access, and a certified stroke center. The pharmacy utilizes many technologies with automated pharmacy systems to provide the safest, most efficient care possible. The residency prepares graduates for adjunct faculty positions, acute or ambulatory care positions and a variety of PGY2 programs. Strengths include ambulatory care, cardiology, emergency medicine, internal medicine, infectious disease, and critical care.

Resident Eligibility Requirements:

• PharmD in good standing from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy by June of the residency year
• Eligibility for Ohio pharmacist licensure in good standing by September of the residency year
• Ohio intern licensure in good standing by the first day of residency
• No active or pending investigations, restrictions, or probations by any state board of pharmacy that may or does affect intern or pharmacist licensure
