The UAMS ambulatory care PGY2 at the NW campus is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Experiences include family medicine, VA PACT telemedicine, internal medicine, and service as preceptor in our student-led, interprofessional free clinic. Additional opportunities in specialty practices are available for electives. The resident will gain experience managing various disease states and be exposed to a variety of practice types. Additionally, the resident will be involved in the education of Pharm.D. students, medical students, PGY1 pharmacy residents, and resident physicians. They will also complete the UAMS College of Pharmacy Teaching Certificate Program and the Research certificate Program.
