Residency Showcase Program Listings

The PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at The Christ Hospital focuses on the development of a competent ambulatory clinical provider with a core foundation in evidence-based, patient-centered pharmaceutical care. The Christ Hospital is a 555-bed acute care community, teaching hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, with outpatient clinics throughout the Greater Cincinnati region. The residency consists of a variety of learning experiences that are tailored to each resident, with a pharmacogenomics component embedded throughout multiple rotation experiences. Longitudinal experiences include research, pharmacy practice management, population health, and education. A relationship with the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy allows teaching experience through an optional teaching certificate program. Requirements for application

1. A letter of intent
2. Three letters of recommendation (utilizing PhORCAS format); one required from PGY1 RPD
3. A current Curriculum Vitae
4. Copies of official college transcripts
5. Eligibility for licensure in OH and KY
6. Meets criteria for employment at The Christ Hospital, including a negative drug and tobacco screen and vaccine requirements
7. US citizen or legal resident
