As a pharmacy resident at Manatee Memorial Hospital, you will be a member of the General Medical Education program and will be an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, as well as participate in the General Medical Education learning environment, including Patient Report, Noon Lectures, Journal Clubs, Patient Case Presentations and Morbidity and Mortality Conferences. You will gain confidence in professional communication and interdisciplinary practice as well as the skills necessary to continue your professional growth and development through continued self-monitoring and guided mentoring.

As a part of your residency training, you will choose an advisor who matches your professional goals and learning style. They will leverage their experience to help you navigate the complexities of clinical practice and help ensure you develop the necessary skills and knowledge to excel while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. They will offer personalized feedback, help you identify areas of improvement and celebrate your successes.

• PharmD from accredited college/school of pharmacy, or equivalent
• Current Florida licensure, or will obtain licensure within 90 days
• Complete application through PhORCAS and the National Matching Service (Match #239213)
• CV, letter of intent, transcript and 3 letters of reference via PhORCAS
