McLeod Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is an innovative, non-profit, acute care, 517-bed facility. MRMC serves as the flagship hospital for McLeod Health, a seven-hospital system with over 4,000 employees that is located in the northeastern region of South Carolina. McLeod Health has a service area that includes 12 counties and a population of close to one million people. McLeod offers the experience of both a community and teaching hospital, with physicians in private practice, hospitalist providers, and a Family Medicine Residency Program. The PGY-1 pharmacy residency program at MRMC is ASHP-accredited.
Service Component: Residents will provide clinical coverage every 3rd weekend. Schedule may vary during orientation period. Requirements are subject to change based on the resident's individual needs and progression as determined by the RAC.
