Residency Showcase Program Listings

In collaboration with the Anticoagulation Forum, we will be offering the newly recognized PGY2 specialty area of Thrombosis and Hemostasis Management as a new residency position for the 2023-2024 academic year. Our program will be based on 4-week learning experiences in addition to longitudinal learning experiences that occur over the course of the residency year.  Required experiences will include inpatient and outpatient anticoagulation management, pathology/laboratory medicine, cardiology/mechanical devices, emergency medicine, medication safety, and anticoagulation stewardship/leadership.  Elective rotations in pharmacogenomics, critical care, and benign hematology/oncology will also be available.  Residents will be required to complete a research project over the course of t
