Residency Showcase Program Listings

The mission of Walgreens Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program is to develop confident, effective, and innovative community pharmacy practitioners. Graduates of this program will be prepared for clinical and leadership positions in the community and specialty pharmacy setting. The program is primarily based at the Walgreens Local Specialty Pharmacy within the medical building associated with a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center. This unique setting serves HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis patients for their health care, education, and wellness needs. Pharmacists at this site work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team servicing roughly 1,000 patients a month to optimize clinical outcomes.
