Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) Jerry H. Hodge School of Pharmacy offers the ASHP-accredited (PGY1 & PGY2 Combined) PGY1 & PGY2 Pharmacotherapy (24 months) at the following teaching site, Lubbock, Texas.   General Description: The 24-month program is designed to lead the resident through a variety of integrated practice experiences. By the end of the program, the resident should feel equally competent practicing within acute care, chronic care, and ambulatory care settings. The residency will include core rotations that are chosen to establish a strong base in general medicine and to meet the requirements of a Pharmacy Practice Residency. The resident chooses elective experiences based upon his/her career goals. The P
