PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
Mobile Infirmary is a community based nonprofit adult hospital (704 bed, average daily census 500) that has offered an ASHP accredited residency program since 2005. Our PGY-1 program is comprised of three traditional positions and two nontraditional positions. Traditional residency training is completed over the course of one year while nontraditional training is completed over two years. The residency experience is rigorous and time intensive; consisting of 10 five-week rotations, a residency research project and manuscript, and several other longitudinal projects designed to evaluate and optimize patient care at Infirmary Health.
