Residency Showcase Program Listings

Guthrie, located in north central PA and south central NY, is a non-profit integrated health care delivery system. Robert Packer Hospital, primary resident location, is a 288-bed tertiary care, level II trauma, teaching referral center. This residency will provide opportunities for post-graduate pharmacists seeking professional growth beyond entry-level competence. Learning experiences focus on acute patient care in areas to include: Adult intensive care (medical and surgical) Internal medicine  Antibiotic stewardship Medication safety Pharmacy Leadership Teaching/learning (ASHP teaching certificate is available) Ambulatory infusion (focus on hazardous and sterile medication compounding) Project/Research
