PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency
Program Overview The PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at Mission Hospital is designed to provide advanced training for a pharmacist in a wide variety of ambulatory care areas, including primary care, cardiology, anticoagulation, medication safety, population health, and rural healthcare. This ambulatory care pharmacist will follow a longitudinal schedule to support development or enhancement of innovative services to deliver pharmaceutical care to individuals and populations of patients, leading to stronger relationships with patients and the healthcare team.
