The PGY1 / PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership with Masters residency program with CPS Solutions, LLC. is a combination program consisting of a Master’s degree and residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership created to focus on developing leadership and management skills through practical health-system pharmacy experiences. CPS hopes to create an environment of professional growth and create a foundation of development of leadership skills that will prepare the resident to assume leadership in a hospital or health-system. CPS has collaborated with The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, Masters in Health-System Pharmacy Administration to offer such a program. Residents successfully completing the CPS PGY1/PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency Program will be able to:
These objectives will be achieved through the successful completion of the ASHP required competency areas, goals, and objectives for the postgraduate year one (PGY1) pharmacy residency and postgraduate year two (PGY2) Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency. In addition to the program objectives from CPS, a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, Masters in Health-Systems Pharmacy Administration program will be able to:
Our post-graduate pharmacy training aims to further the Mission and Vision of CPS to empower healthcare organizations to achieve clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory excellence while transforming community healthcare one patient at a time. Our residents will join a team of industry experts with extensive background in transforming pharmacy operations – providing optimized pharmacy best practices and innovative technology solutions. Ultimately driving superior financial and clinical performance across the continuum of care.
