This program offers diverse learning experiences in both inpatient and ambulatory care hematology, oncology, and stem cell transplant settings, with a goal to prepare the resident to function as a clinical pharmacy specialist and successfully pass the BCOP examination. Travel reimbursement to the ASHP mid-year clinical meeting and Great Lakes Residency Conference will be provided. The resident will be provided with a laptop for the year.
