The residency program at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is designed to provide training in all aspects of hospital pharmacy practice. Residents will obtain experience in the following areas: internal medicine, ambulatory care, infectious diseases, pharmacy administration, medication safety, transitions of care, and critical care. Other elective rotation opportunities include emergency medicine, neonatal intensive care, geriatrics, and operating room pharmacy services. Each resident will be required to complete a residency project, an MUE, and an ACPE accredited CE Seminars. Residents also participate in our Code Blue Response Service.
Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy Eligible for pharmacy licensure in State of Florida
