Program OverviewAs a national, independent specialty pharmacy accredited by URAC, ACHC, and NABP, Senderra is committed to providing the highest quality specialty pharmacy care to patients with complex medical conditions such as asthma, cancer, endocrine disorders, hemophilia, hepatitis C, immune system disorders, multiple sclerosis, and many others. Founded in 2010, Senderra’s commitment to patient care is strengthened by its commitment to innovative technology solutions to improve healthcare experiences, specialized patient care teams, and strong relationships with our prescribers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and payer partners. The Senderra Specialty Pharmacy PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy Residency is a 12-month post-graduate training program that offers a unique, comprehensive learning and work experience that provides residents with the knowledge and skills to become confident clinicians and future leaders in the specialty pharmacy industry. Based in Dallas, Texas, the pharmacy resident will participate in a variety of rotations to strengthen skills in specialty pharmacy practice management, provide high-touch clinical care to complex patient populations, and serve as a leader amongst multidisciplinary specialty pharmacy professionals. The Senderra PGY1 program prepares residents with the skills and capabilities to continue to drive specialty pharmacy practice forward and improve patient outcomes. How to ApplyCandidates should register for the ASHP Resident Matching Program through National Matching Services (NMS) and submit applications through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS) by the application deadline on January 2, 2026.
