Residency Showcase Program Listings

Star Pharmacy is an innovative independent community pharmacy with 7 locations primarily in the Huntsville, AL area. Required rotations give residents experience in specialty pharmacy, ambulatory care services, business administration, health and wellness, population health, transitions of care, advocacy, compounding, research, teaching and dispensing all within a community pharmacy setting. An optional teaching certificate is provided free of charge through Auburn University’s Resident Teaching and Learning Program. Travel to local and national pharmacy organization meetings is paid for as part of the residency program.
