County of Santa Clara Health System includes 3 hospitals, and over 10 ambulatory care clinics and outpatient pharmacies throughout the county. Pharmacy staff preceptors lecture at local and regional conferences, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and hold offices in professional organizations. We have a large and thriving residency program including PGY1 and PGY2 residencies, and collaborate with multiple schools of pharmacy to precept APPE students. The main training site for our residency program is Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC).
