Residency Showcase Program Listings

Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy has developed four unique community pharmacy practice residencies.  Each program is located at an independent community pharmacy.   Services provided include specialty compounding, brace and prosthetic fitting, hospice care, immunization and other injectable therapies, as well as a variety of specialized clinic activities.  Pharmacists provide counseling to all patients, monitor blood pressure, blood glucose, HgbA1c, lipids as well as provide MTM services.  Clinic times are scheduled for education and management of patients with a wide variety of disease states and problems.  The resident will participate in drug therapy decisions with physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, and develop methods for improvement in care, as well as providing dru
