Program Overview: Upon completion of this PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency program, graduates will be capable of providing comprehensive medication management (CMM) to adult and geriatric patients as a clinical pharmacy specialist (CPS) in Ambulatory Care and be proficient to deliver the following services: Provide a high level of direct patient-centered care through CMM for patients seen in Primary and Specialty care clinics Obtain employment with prescriptive authority to provide collaborative drug therapy management Serve as educators/mentors/preceptors to pharmacy trainees and other health-care professionals Acquire competency and knowledge to take the Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Develop clinical resea
