PGY-1/2 Pharmacy Residency Program - Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership
The PGY-1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency concentrates on the development of clinical practice skills and pharmacy leadership. The first year is designed to develop a confident practicing clinician by providing exposure to a clinical environment and training in a variety of pharmacy practice areas. The second year builds upon the resident’s competence in patient-centered care and pharmacy operational services by combining the administrative experience with the Ochsner Administrative Fellow’s program.
