Posted: 12-Aug-21 Location: Wynnewood, Pennsylvania Preferred Education: PharmD The Post Graduate Year One pharmacy residency program at Lankenau Medical Center provides residents with effective and well-rounded learning experiences that are vital for patient care. Throughout the year, pharmacy residents will be a part of various clinical specialties such as critical care, internal medicine, and infectious diseases. Within each learning experience, residents will have multiple opportunities to provide pharmacy services, such as drug therapy management and direct patient interaction. Pharmacy residents will receive comprehensive training from various healthcare providers, exceptional preceptors and mentors, and will be presented with multiple teaching opportunities including a teaching certification program.

Main Line Health is a major health system located west of Philadelphia that includes 4 acute care hospitals: Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr, Paoli and Riddle hospitals, along with many post-acute and outpatient centers throughout the region. LMC is the largest institution within MLH and is ranked as one of the top five hospitals in the Philadelphia region, and one of the top ten hospitals in Pennsylvania by U.S. News & World Report. It is a 331-bed medical center offering a variety services and specialties such as a level-2 trauma center, orthopedics, cardiothoracic surgery, internal medicine, neonatology, hematology/oncology, and more.
