TriStar Skyline Medical Center’s PGY1 pharmacy residency is designed to foster the development of clinical pharmacists in providing high-quality health care. Pharmacists completing TriStar Skyline’s residency will receive well-rounded practice training and experience in various pharmacy settings. Our strong physician-pharmacist relationships are essential to providing the highest level of patient-centered care.

RESIDENCY LEARNING EXPERIENCES Core Rotations: • Critical Care • Emergency Medicine • Hospital Administration • Infectious Disease • Internal Medicine • Trauma

Elective Rotations: • Psychiatry • Rehabilitation Services • Neurology • Pharmacy Operations • Medication Safety (HCA Corporate Offices) • Corporate Pharmacy Leadership (HCA Corporate Offices) • Pharmacy Division Operations (TriStar Division Office)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Submission of the following application materials through ASHP’s Pharmacy Online Centralized Application Services (PhORCAS): • Letter of Intent • Curriculum Vitae • Pharmacy School Transcripts • Three Letters of Reference

On-site interview in January or February

Must be eligible for Tennessee licensure upon completion of Doctor of Pharmacy degree
